Cheyne and Rachael Whyte began the family partnership business of CM and RL Whyte in 2011 and since then have built an outstanding reputation for delivering quality homes that surpass client expectations. In 2019 the business transformed into a company, so it was only fitting to upgrade to Clarence Custom Builders Pty Ltd but remain to trade as CM and RL Whyte.
We are located in Grafton, New South Wales and service the Clarence Valley and beyond. Delivering superior quality homes and exceptional service. Cheyne doubles as one of our company directors and an onsite builder, with 2 decades of hands-on experience, who manages all builds from beginning to end.
We work with local businesses wherever possible and have established an extensive network of proven suppliers and handpicked contractors to ensure a seamless and quality process throughout all builds. Our company is also a member of HIA and as a result we are fully compliant with current regulations and guidelines.
